Hope Candids - 10-03-2021

Week 1 of Hope Candids offers a brief glimpse into the results of a successful spaghetti inner, a few members of our parish out and about in the community, as well as some new things that have been popping up in and around the church, in the past year.

In Picture 1, we have a number of Hope and Cabrini parishioners participating in the Recovery Awareness Walk, held in Shamokin on September 19, 2021.

In Picture 2, we see a perfect example of a very successful Spaghetti Dinner, two weeks ago. Nothing says a success like a face full of Spaghetti sauce.

In Picture 3, you will see a small sample of the work that Garden Club has done, since it's formation by Friar Mike in 2020. The goal of the club was to clean up the grounds, plant flower and offer people a nice place to sit and pray, on church grounds. Please sure to stop by our parish grounds to take a look at all the hard work they have done.

In Picture 4, we have introduced several new signs around the church this year, helping to guide visitors and parishioners to the right location. We've also included some that provide special messages, like this one displayed outside of our Parish Center. "There is a HOPE...that washes fear away!

Another reminder, please submit your pictures. The more submissions we have the more entertaining this new feature will be.

God Bless and have a great week.
